Our Services are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without legally required consent. Where a Service is designed for or may be used by children, we will apply age-appropriate protections and comply with applicable laws and platform requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and partners may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, provide functionality, understand traffic, measure campaigns, and support advertising. You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings; blocking certain technologies may affect functionality. Mobile-app controls are available through your device's privacy and advertising settings.

11. Additional Notice for California Consumers

This section supplements this policy for California residents and is intended to provide the additional notice required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

We collect these categories from you, your device, app stores and platforms, and service providers and partners, and use and disclose them for the business and commercial purposes described in Sections 3 through 5.
