Where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent for certain processing, including personalized advertising. You may withdraw consent using the controls described below; this will not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.
4. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Partners
Our current or future Services may integrate trusted third-party technology providers, including Google, Google AdMob, and Meta/Facebook, to support advertising, analytics, attribution, security, and service delivery. These partners may collect or receive device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app and device information, usage events, and advertising interaction data through SDKs, cookies, or similar technologies.
Google and AdMob may use this information to provide and measure ads, limit ad frequency, detect invalid traffic, and, where permitted and selected, personalize advertising. Meta/Facebook technologies may support ad delivery, campaign measurement, attribution, and fraud prevention. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies:
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We disclose information only as needed to provide the Services or as described in this policy, including to:

- app stores, payment processors, and platform providers to fulfill a transaction or enable platform features;
- competent authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
- a successor or affiliate in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.
Some disclosures to advertising or analytics partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law, even when no money changes hands. California residents may exercise the opt-out right described in Section 11.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, our relationship with you, and applicable law. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where permitted.
7. Security and International Transfers
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use appropriate care when sharing information online.
ASZ and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use safeguards required by applicable law, such as contractual protections, and take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.
8. Your Rights and Controls
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of direct marketing or personalized advertising; and complain to a relevant data protection authority.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. 9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without legally required consent. Where a Service is designed for or may be used by children, we will apply age-appropriate protections and comply with applicable laws and platform requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and partners may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, provide functionality, understand traffic, measure campaigns, and support advertising. You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings; blocking certain technologies may affect functionality. Mobile-app controls are available through your device's privacy and advertising settings.
